THE SELF-DIRECTED IRA


Knowledgeable investors realize they don’t have to rely on the stock market alone as the only investment option for their retirement accounts. A self-directed IRA allows for investments in a wide variety of alternative asset classes such as Private Placements and Real Estate including Residential Income/Growth Properties, Commercial Real Estate Properties- Multi-Family buildings, Class A Office, Medical and Retail, Mortgage Notes, Trust Deeds, and REITs. There are many advantages including tax deferral, protection against stock market volatility, non-stock market correlation, lower investor fees and a hedge against inflation.

San Diego Capital Management Services, LLC works together with a third party custodian who specializes in the custody and administration of real estate and other alternative assets. They handle all retirement account reporting including federal requirements, state requirements, required distributions and tax withholding.

FIXED RATE INVESTMENT


Similar to a bond or CD, the Fixed Rate Note (FRN) has a predetermined rate of return for a certain time period. For example, 250k at 6% for 10 years. Our FRN offers investors
the opportunity to diversify their holdings, hedge against risk, gain returns, and achieve greater yields.
