Alan is the founder of San Diego Capital Management Services and has more than 25 years of investment management and personal real estate investing experience. Prior to this he served as Senior Vice President of Investments for Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC in La Jolla, CA. As CEO of SDCMS he oversees all functions within the company with particular emphasis on identifying superior quality, income-producing acquisitions and investments, as well as managing a diverse portfolio. With his unique investment philosophy and approach, investors build sustainable wealth through alternative investment opportunities with tremendous returns. Alan holds a degree in Economics with a concentration in Mathematics from the University of Utah. He has been happily married for 21 years and has 2 great sons. Together with his family, he enjoys an active San Diego lifestyle.
